How to Play

The Player's Handbook

01// Start Here

Your First Minutes

Pick a username and you are in — no wallet connection required. You can optionally paste a Solana wallet address to tag your account for future rewards. You spawn at the Mainland plaza with a wooden sword, an axe, a pickaxe, a fishing rod, and two potions. Click the ground to move. Click mobs to fight, trees to chop, rocks to mine, and water ripples to fish.

Tip: Heal at the plaza fountain between runs — standing near it slowly restores HP for free.
02// The World

The World at a Glance

Highgate plaza is home base in the north-east — fountain, bank, casino, tavern, and armory ring it. At the heart of the map lies Mirror Lake, with fishing spots and the Roast Pit on its shore. Cloudtop Pasture sits in the north-west, Thornveil forest fills the south-west with trees and ore, and the roped Sinkhole arena is in the south.

Remember: The Hollow along the eastern edge is dangerous — wolves, skeletons, and the Warlord roam there. Everywhere else, mobs only aggro inside the arena ropes.
03// Gathering

Wood, Stone, and Coal

Click a tree with an axe in your bag to chop wood; click rock or coal nodes with a pickaxe to mine. Gathering levels up your separate Gathering skill (the green bar) and feeds several daily quests. Sell resources at the marketplace or burn wood cooking fish.

Efficiency: Nodes respawn after a short while. Rotate between a few trees instead of waiting on one.
04// Combat

Spacing, Tempo, and Rewards

Melee combat only — click a mob and your character closes the gap and swings automatically. Arena mobs (slimes, zombies, brutes) are the training ground. Wilderness mobs (dire wolves, skeletons, the Warlord) hit harder and drop far better loot. Level up to increase max HP and damage. Upgrade from wooden to iron to steel, then save for the $MANLETS-only Manlet Blade.

Wild Rule: Don't enter the Wilderness before the arena feels easy. Dying costs 10% of your gold.
05// Fishing & Cooking

Life Skills

Click the rippling fishing spots around The Pond with a rod in your bag to catch raw fish. Walk to the Roast Pit beside the pond and cook them — each cook takes 1 raw fish and 1 wood and yields a Cooked Fish you can eat or sell.

Tip: Cooked fish heal 30 HP and stack — bring a few into the Wilderness.
06// Quests & Dailies

Quests, Dailies, and Long Arcs

Open the scroll icon for your daily quests: defeat mobs, chop wood, mine ore, catch and cook fish, brave the Wilderness, earn gold, and spin the wheel. Rewards include gold, XP, and $MANLETS. Quests reset every day at midnight.

Efficiency: Batch tasks — one fishing trip can cover the catch quest and the cooking quest at once.
07// Economy & $MANLETS

Economy, $MANLETS, and Trading

Gold buys most items. Open the Marketplace from the HUD cart button anywhere — buy gear, tools, and potions, sell loot and resources, or swap gold for $MANLETS. Every exchange routes 5% to the arena treasury. Premium items like the Manlet Blade and the Manlet Cap can only be bought with $MANLETS.

Safety: Never paste your seed phrase anywhere. Soylana Manlets only ever asks for a public wallet address, and even that is optional.
08// Lucky Wheel

The Lucky Wheel

Walk up to the spinner wheel beside the casino for one free spin every 12 hours. Extra spins cost 75 $MANLETS — half burned, half to treasury — and never reset your free timer. Prizes range from gold and potions up to the $MANLETS jackpot.

Jackpot: The rarest slice pays 500 $MANLETS. Good luck.
09// Town

The Interactive Town

Every building in town is interactive. Walk up to one and a glowing prompt appears — click it (or tap it on mobile) to enter. The Store and Armory open the Marketplace, the Casino opens the Lucky Wheel, and the Bank opens your personal vault. The Tavern still pours drinks for temporary buffs.

Tip: No more hunting through menus — just walk up to a building to use it.
10// Bank

The Bank Vault

Death makes you drop carried gold — so stash it. The Bank holds your gold and items in a secure, server-authoritative vault that survives death and can never be looted by other players. Deposit gold or items, withdraw whenever you like. Banked value is settled on the server, so it is safe even if your connection drops mid-transaction.

Strategy: Bank your gold before a risky dungeon dive or PVP duel. Carry only what you can afford to lose.
11// Houses

Build & Trade Houses

Stake your claim on the map. Build a house on any open patch of ground for gold plus gathered wood and stone, then name it whatever you want and pick one of four styles. Your house is visible to every player in the world, nameplate and all. Houses are tradable property. List yours for sale in gold or $MANLETS; when another player walks up and buys it, ownership transfers and the proceeds settle securely to you.

Tip: Open the Houses panel from the HUD to build from anywhere, or walk up to any house to view, manage, or buy it.
